NFL TICKET GIVEAWAY WITH HOME PURCHASE
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the NFL Ticket Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) available from Windward Communities from October 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST to November 17, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST, or while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”).
- To participate, purchase a qualifying manufactured home (the “Home”) from Windward Communities during the Promotion Period and receive two (2) tickets (the “Promotional Gift”) to one of the following games:
- Kansas City Chiefs on December 12, 2024 at Arrowhead,
- Detroit Lions on December 5th, 2024 at Ford Field,
- Las Vegas Raiders on December 16, 2024 at Allegiant Stadium,
- Buffalo Bills game on December 1, 2024 at Highmark Stadium
- The Promotional Gift is only available to those who are 18 or older at the time of Home purchase.
- The Promotional Gift cannot be substituted or redeemed for any other item, cash or credit.
- Only one Promotional Gift per Home purchase for the duration of the Promotion Period. If you purchase more than one Home during the Promotion Period, you will only receive one Promotional Gift for your first purchase.
- The Promotional Gift is only available on Home purchases made at the following communities:
- Highland Manor (Kansas City Chiefs)
- Conestoga (Kansas City Chiefs)
- Clinton River (Detroit Lions)
- Independence Commons (Detroit Lions)
- Meadow Creek (Detroit Lions)
- Riverbrook (Detroit Lions)

- The Reserves (Detroit Lions)
- Walnut Ridge (Detroit Lions)
- Pueblo del Sol (Las Vegas Raiders)
- Creekside of Hamlin (Buffalo Bills)
- Penfield Farms (Buffalo Bills)
- Twin Cedars of Avon (Buffalo Bills)
- Promotion valid only during the Promotion Period as stated. The Promotional Gift offer may not be used in conjunction with or combined with any other offer or promotion run by Windward Communities.
- Promotional Gifts available while supplies last.
- Specifics regarding the Promotional Gift (e.g., seat location, price point, etc.) are at the sole discretion of Windward Communities.
- This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. Promotional Gift recipients assume all liability for any injuries or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Promotion or by the use or misuse of the Promotional Gift.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Windward Communities is final.
- Windward Communities reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw or modify this Promotion at any time.
